I have accumulated extensive professional experience across academia, research, and organizational leadership over nearly two decades. Currently serving as the Executive Director at the Health and Nutrition Organization (HNO), I oversee initiatives addressing public health and nutrition challenges.
My academic journey includes roles such as Associate Professor at the Bangladesh University of Health Sciences, where I contributed to medical biotechnology education and research, and Head of the Food Engineering Department at North Pacific International University.
Beyond academia, I have hands-on industry experience as Assistant Manager (QA) at Igloo Ice Cream and earlier roles in R&D. Internationally, I have worked as a Research Associate in Sweden and Germany, contributing to innovative projects in molecular biology and plant genetics.
