My research journey spans nearly two decades, focusing on cutting-edge topics at the nexus of computational biology, bioinformatics, public health, and biotechnology. I have explored diverse areas, including drug discovery and design, bioinformatics applications in cancer and non-communicable diseases, and understanding infection mechanisms in communicable diseases. 

My work has also delved into antimicrobial resistance and the development of functional foods to enhance health outcomes. Collaborating with renowned institutions in Sweden, Germany, and Bangladesh, I have contributed to groundbreaking research projects such as screening antimicrobial-resistant bacteria and investigating cardio-metabolic multimorbid syndromes. 

With over 40 undergraduate and postgraduate research projects supervised and numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, my research continues to bridge theoretical insights with practical applications, addressing global health challenges through innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration.
